The staff here were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful with providing directions.

Liked our stay here. Came in Rasnov to relax and have fun, this small hotel was excellent base for doing it. The staff was very amiable and affable and the owner too. The room was large and huge with big comfortable beds as well as the bathroom, had everything we wanted. The restaurant was good for breakfasts...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

there were central heating, flat-screen tv, and a fridge in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

I always stay at this place in Risnov. The friendly staff helped me find local info on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The bar, restaurant, and coffee shop are perfect. I love the flat-screen TV and they have a children's play area with board games. It's pet-friendly and there's no smoking allowed. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a green area, really close to Rasnov, Bran, Brasov, and all very many exciting places to go. the venue staff was really helpful and polite.

Great family vacation, enjoyed hiking and fishing. Spacious room, friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit scarce, but who needs food when you have magnificent scenery and a dirty table to admire?

the snow-covered surroundings were truly stunning. the staff were friendly and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. the highlight was the location, with a lake behind the property and close proximity to Rasnov, Bran, and Brasov. the spacious apartment was comfortable and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the kids had plenty of space to play in the large courtyard, and we even had the opportunity to fish in the nearby lake. the food was fresh and delicious, with a variety of fish dishes on offer.

I recently stayed at Poiana Rasnoavei hotel during a transit trip, and I must say that its location near the nearest airport, which was only 140 km away, was extremely convenient for me. It saved me valuable time and allowed me to quickly reach my next destination. the hotel has a refrigerator in the room, making it convenient for guests to store their own food and beverages.

While my stay at Poiana Rasnoavei was generally pleasant, I did notice a few minor drawbacks. The furniture in the room seemed a bit outdated and of low quality, which affected the overall aesthetic appeal.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable apartment. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake and fine views of the mountains. The staff were really good too make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the two key things provided by the hotel: clean rooms and free Wi-Fi. The rooms were well-maintained, and I appreciated the cleanliness. having free Wi-Fi throughout the building was convenient for staying connected with my loved ones during the holiday season. the hotel's location in a picturesque area added to the charm of my stay, providing a beautiful backdrop to relax and enjoy the festivities.

There were a couple of downsides to my Christmas experience. Over the seven days of my stay, I did not observe any staff members cleaning the rooms, leaving the fitted carpet and bathroom somewhat neglected.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk were extremely helpful and provided us with practical information on the area, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. We were thrilled to find that certain units at the property had balconies with breathtaking mountain views. It was like having our own private slice of paradise, where we could relax and soak in the beauty of nature.
